3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges and Returns Are Only Allowed in the Following Cases:

1. Quality Issues: If the product contains live or dead weevils or has gone bad at the time of delivery.
2. Packaging Defects: If the packet is torn or not sealed properly upon delivery.
3. Expired Products: If the product has expired by the time of delivery.

📌 Important: Proof of the bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at admin@panjiorganic.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at admin@panjiorganic.com, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take some time to reflect the refund in your account.
